Haus of Melt productions is a hybrid project management and consultation company founded by ex-Googler and YouTube Music employee Theo Pactong for LGBTQ+ creatives and for the brands that want to work with them. Haus of Melt is latine family run by Mari Alvarez (she/her) and Theo Pactong (they/he).


As a trans masculine person of color in tech and as a performer, Theo saw a need for queer/trans representation on social media and a need for queer/trans representation in it's partner management. Too often are LGBTQ+ people shadow banned or demonetized off of social media platforms. This creates an inequitable disadvantage for LGBTQ+ creators that use social media to promote their careers, events, and mutual aids. Success on social media platforms can provide alternative forms of revenue that could lift our most marginalized voices.


Because of this, social media is an unsafe space for LGBTQ media with unchallenged hateful voices targeting and threatening our safety. It's going to take those with the lived queer/trans experience and the knowledge of corporate America to fix this problem . Therefore, Theo did what any xoogler would, he started his own production company.

TRANscendence is a show focused on trans joy


Transcendence is a live show focusing on trans joy, trans and queer art form, and underrepresented voices. We focus on the up and coming drag king and drag thing artists and audiences. The Haus of Melt team handles all operations and planning for this production. We book, project manage, and pay all staff and talent.


It is important to our team that we center BIPOC trans talent. In particular, our black and trans artist community. We believe in our talent and keep our rates competitive to ensure our artists are supported and recognized for their art form.
